Menu NEW REGISTER BPJS TK REPORT pada sistem ini membantu perusahaan mengelola data pendaftaran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk karyawan, memastikan bahwa mereka terdaftar dengan benar dan sesuai ketentuan waktu.

Untuk menambah data bpjs tenaga kerja baru,isi form yang tersedia seperti:
To add new BPJS Manpower data, fill out the form provided as follows:

Organization : Pengguna memilih organisasi tempat karyawan bekerja dari dropdown.

Pilih Tipe Karyawan: Pengguna dapat memilih antara "All Employee" (semua karyawan) atau "Selected Employee" (karyawan tertentu) yang ingin dimasukkan dalam laporan

Organization: The user selects the organization where the employee works from a dropdown menu.

Select Employee Type: The user can choose between "All Employee" (all employees) or "Selected Employee" (specific employees) to be included in the report.
Jika memilih "Selected Employee(Karyawan Tertentu)” maka juga diperlukan pengisian rentang tanggal kerja karyawan .
If "Selected Employee" is chosen, the date range of the employee’s employment must also be provided.

Set Tanggal Mulai Kerja: Jika memilih karyawan berdasarkan tanggal mulai bekerja, pengguna mengisi rentang tanggal (dari tanggal awal hingga tanggal akhir).

Set Date of Hire: If filtering employees by hire date, the user fills in the date range (from the start date to the end date).
Setelah pengaturan selesai, klik tombol "Generate" untuk membuat laporan pendaftaran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Once these settings are configured, click the "Generate" button to create the BPJS Manpower registration report.
Report akan terdownload dalam bentuk Excel yang terdiri dari informasi informasi dari employee yang digunakan untuk melakukan registrasi BPJS.
The report will be downloaded in Excel format, containing employee information used for BPJS registration.
