Employee Self-Service (ESS) kini hadir dengan tampilan yang diperbarui untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Meskipun tampilannya sudah diperbarui, struktur utamanya tetap terasa familiar, hanya dilengkapi dengan beberapa fitur tambahan.
The Employee Self-Service (ESS) experience has been redesigned to make it more user-friendly. While the layout has been refreshed, the core structure remains familiar, just enhanced with new features.
Pada bagian atas, Anda akan melihat nama perusahaan serta sapaan personal. Tepat di bawahnya terdapat panel kaca yang menampilkan ringkasan informasi Anda, mirip dengan versi web. Anda dapat memperbarui informasi yang ditampilkan kapan saja dengan menekan tombol refresh.
Starting from the top, you’ll now see your company name along with a personalized greeting. The updated glass pane below displays your information overview, similar to what you see in the web version. You can also update the displayed data at any time by tapping the refresh icon.

Di bawah panel kaca inilah tombol akses cepat berada. Semua fitur yang kemungkinan Anda butuhkan segera setelah membuka aplikasi dapat ditemukan di bagian ini. Selain itu, fitur yang paling sering digunakan seperti tombol kehadiran berwarna coklat di tengah, slip gaji, dan bantuan kini tersedia di navigasi bawah agar lebih mudah diakses. Tidak perlu khawatir karena menu lengkap tetap dapat diakses melalui sidebar seperti sebelumnya.
Right beneath the glass pane, you’ll find a set of quick-access buttons that cover everything you’re likely to need as soon as you open the app. Meanwhile, the commonly used menu, including the brown attendance button in the center, payslips, and support, is now placed in the bottom navigation bar for easier access. Don’t worry, the full menu is still available in the sidebar, just like before.
